On December 22, 2012, a group of primary school students and teachers visited the traritional sweets preparation in Asproklisia, as well as the traditional Halva workshop of the Rombos family.

On 14 December, 2012, an open Big Foot project meeting with the local stakeholders was organized.

On 4 December 2012 a school visit of Woodcarving school of Kalambaka - a unique school in Greece, the Zindros Workshop of Byzantine Icons and the Folkloric Museum of Pialiawas organized

On November 20th, 2012, the school students visited traditional sweet production by the Women Association of Asproklisia Village, and local tsipouro spirit distillation facility in the Krinitsa village

The third Community Consultation in Trikala took place on 31 May 2012.

The second Community Consultation in Trikala took place on 23 March 2012.

On Wednesday the 14th March 2012, the first participated meeting with the local community -important phase of the project "BIG FOOT-Crossing Mountains Crossing Generation: towards the local development through the intergenerational dialogue in the mountains area"- has been organized by the Trikala Development Agency - KENAKAP SA at the Hotel KOSTA FAMISSI in Kalambaka.
